7. Limitation of Liability

mlmsaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any defects or issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will correct any errors at no additional cost during the warranty period.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed
• Client receives all completed deliverables
• Confidentiality obligations continue

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
