Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fair and transparent processes for all our clients.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service agreement at any time by providing written notice to mlmsaas. The cancellation terms depend on the project stage:

Before Project Commencement

  • Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of agreement
  • 90% refund if cancelled after 48 hours but before work begins

During Project Development

  • Payment is due for all completed work up to the cancellation date
  • Partial refund available for uncompleted milestones
  • Client receives all completed deliverables

After Project Completion

  • No cancellation allowed after final delivery and acceptance
  • Support and maintenance services can be cancelled with 30 days notice

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service not delivered as per agreement
  • Significant delay in delivery without client approval
  • Cancellation within the allowed timeframe
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved

Non-Refundable Items

  • Work already completed and delivered
  • Third-party services and licenses purchased
  • Custom development work after approval
  • Rush or expedited service fees

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Send a written refund request via email to info@mlmsaas.com with your project details and reason for refund.

Review Process

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and may request additional information or clarification.

Approval & Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Request Review: 5-7 business days
  • Refund Processing: 10-15 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by bank)

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, we calculate refunds based on:

  • Percentage of work completed
  • Materials and resources used
  • Third-party costs incurred
  • Time invested in the project

6. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend all services immediately
  • Withhold deliverables until resolution
  • Present evidence of service delivery
  • Charge applicable fees for chargeback processing

7. Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your service instead of cancelling:

  • Contact us to discuss modification options
  • We will provide a revised quote and timeline
  • Modifications may affect pricing and delivery dates
  • Changes require written approval from both parties

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

  • You may request a review by our management team
  • We will provide a detailed explanation of our decision
  • Alternative solutions may be offered
  • Mediation or arbitration may be pursued if needed
